When will my art arrive?

Our Los Angeles-based fine-art fulfillment partner will print, frame and pack your order with the highest level of care and security. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks from order to delivery.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer shipping via UPS and FedEx Ground to ensure the most cost effective shipping options. Fees are calculated during checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the piece after packing. IMPORTANT NOTE: UPS adds an additional Large Package Surcharge to each package when its length plus girth [(2 x width) + (2 x height)] exceeds a combined 130 inches (330cm). This fee does not affect the smaller sizes of PUG prints, but does apply to several of the larger sizes. In these cases, FedEx Ground may be the better choice.

What type of packaging do you use?

All framed prints are rolled with bubble wrap before being packaged in corrugated triangular corners and reinforced cardboard boxes, custom-cut to size.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely. PUG images can be ordered at sizes and with framing options other than those offered in the online store, including canvas prints and a variety of frame colors.  Email us at info@prettyuglygallery.com for more information. Please note that additional fees may apply to all custom orders, but we will always try to accommodate your needs as affordably as possible.

Are PUG images available for events and/or gallery exhibitions?

What is your Return Policy?

Returns are offered on damaged or incorrectly delivered products within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If conditions of return are met, your full purchase price will be refunded.
